APS Site Waste Management Plan - Client Advisor
New Health and Safety Training Course
Duration: 1 Day of 09:00 to 17:00
Summary: We are the only training company accredited by APS for this course which is intended for CDM Coordinators looking to enhance their own portfolio of services by developing a client advisor role for Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs). The course provides detailed information on the SWMP Regulations and the skills to write a SWMP.
Suitable for: CDM Coordinators with some environmental and waste background.
Course Tutors: Our course tutor is a construction site practitioner with a vast experience of on- site realities and case study examples. The tutor is a member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management and educated to the level of MSc (Hons) in Environmental Management.
Course Content:
- The SWMP Regulations 2008
- Implications of the Regulations (including for clients, architects, principal contractors and sub contractors)
- Pre construction phase SWMP workshop
- Construction phase SWMP workshop
- Post construction phase SWMP workshop
- Demonstrations and examples of existing leading SWMP templates.
Award: Certificate APS accredited
Costs: £260.00 plus vat- this cost covers all literature, examination and certificate costs and also includes lunches and refreshments.
