Health and safety training

Health and Safety Training for Directors and Managers

Summary:

Business performance and health and safety are two integral concepts. Poor management of health and safety matters will result in a negative trend for business productivity. Conversely a positive health and safety culture in the workplace results in good business and progress. A company with poor health and safety record will experience hindrances to business progress. These problems will relate to the costs of accidents, absence and replacement of employees and costs of legal repercussions and increased insurance premiums. In the modern business arena a poor safety record may also result in exclusion from business tenders and opportunities.
