CDM Co-ordinator(RMaPS) works.

As required under CDM 2007 Regs , works over 500 person days or 30 working days duration, any construction work including demolition requires a CDM Co-ordinator.

Health & Safety Site Reports.

These can be surveyed and written for all types of client. We have written many reports for building sites, office blocks, residential and special occasions.

Health & Safety Policy Writing.

Under Health & safety at Work Act 1974 employers with more than four employees are required to prepare and revise on a regular basis , a written Health & safety Policy. At R. B Services we can prepare and assist you with this document

Scaffold Checks.

Under CHSW regulations, all scaffolds must be inspected by a competent person after any event likely to have affected its strength or stability and at regular intervals not exceeding 7 days from the last inspections.

Health & Safety Training.

Under the Management of health and safety at work regulations and other regulations, it is a legal requirement for an employer to provide such training. We can assist with many courses.

Risk Assessments.

We can teach you through our courses, or, we can carry out assessments for you including Fire Risk assessments, Display Screen assessments, Chemical and Biological Health hazards and Control (COSHH).

Electrical Testing.

Anything that is plugged in must be tested. Portable Appliance testing is required by many insurance companies and assists in a culture of good practise. All items should be tested at least yearly and in some cases three monthly. The supply side of electrics should be tested 3 monthly for a temporary building or five yearly at the most for commercial three yearly for industrial and ten yearly for residential . Gas testing.
